Mary Littleton

Mary Littleton is a mortgage specialist who comes to Accurate Mortgage with more than 13 years of experience as an attorney with a varied portfolio - ranging from public policy to commercial real estate to a highly specialized sector of employment contracts for high profile clients.   A Nashville native, Littleton raised, bred and exhibited Holstein dairy cattle starting at age 8. She used the profits from her cattle operation to help pay for college - and later law school - both at The University of Tennessee at Knoxville.   During law school, Littleton co-founded the College of Law Speaker Series; clerked for a respected local judge; served as Speaker of the House of the Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature; worked for the General Counsel to Horne Properties, a commercial real estate development firm; clerked for the noted trial lawyer, Sidney Gilreath; and was a member of the Tennessee Law Review.   Early in her professional life, Littleton was named to her chapter's Board of Directors of The University of Tennessee National Alumni Association, where she served as legal counsel for two terms. She was appointed to three terms of service on the Bench-Bar Relations Committee by the Tennessee Judicial Conference of the Tennessee Supreme Court.   In June 2002, Mary was injured in a car crash. During the course of treatment of her injuries, neurologic tests indicated abnormal lesions along her spinal cord and in her brain. At 27, Mary was diagnosed with a relapsing-remitting course of Multiple Sclerosis. Shortly after her diagnosis, Mary accepted an invitation to serve on the Board of Directors of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Mid South (Tennessee) Chapter.   Mary enjoys spending time with her amazing English Pointer, Biscuit.
